In January 2025, an outdoor lifestyle brand merging traditional Ukrainian craftsmanship with modern design partnered with DaSilva Consulting to rebuild its organic engine. The brief was ambitious: move the brand out of its identity and cultural keyword niche and into the broader apparel and gear category, where commercial demand is larger and less cyclical. At the time, rankings were volatile, indexation was inconsistent, and almost no commercial keywords were driving revenue.
We started with a full technical and onsite audit to stabilize indexation and strengthen crawl signals. That led to reworking titles, descriptions, and collection content after migration for clarity and search alignment.
From there, we layered in consistent monthly link development, targeting high-value apparel and gear categories (socks, thermals, backpacks, tees, beanies) and shifted keyword strategy toward generic product intent — away from branded and cultural terms. In parallel, we improved AI visibility and tracking to capture early ChatGPT-assisted sessions.
